Anastasia Doulfi was born and raised in Athens where she lives permanently. She studied Early Childhood Education at an undergraduate level and specialised in Montessorian Early Childhood Education at a postgraduate level in Greece.
She has an extensive work experience of more than 15 years working with children aged 1.5-5 years and she offers her knowledge and expertise in Montessorian kindergarden schools in Athens.
As an educator, a pedagogue and a mother of two herself, she has worked with hundreds of children and has set the foundations for children to be raised healthy and happy as well the parents to enjoy life with their children.
Anastasia Olympiou was born and raised in Athens while the last years lives permanently in Norway. She studied Psychology and Health Psychology at undergraduate and postgraduate level in recognized universities in the United Kingdom. She is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Norwegian Association of Psychology (NPF).
As a practitioner psychologist she uses the cognitive-behavioral approach as a tool of psychotherapy and promotes ethics in the relationship between therapist and patient. As a health coach she applies the Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) approach. Her scientific interests in the field of research focus on the cognitive-behavioral interventions in health-related behavior aiming in adopting and long-term maintaining successful health behavioural changes. Her latest research focuses on assessing laughter interventions on mood among healthy adults worldwide.
