Anastasia Olympiou
Psychologist, mental health coach
Anastasia Olympiou was born and raised in Athens and she lives permanently in Norway since 2013. She identifies herself as Greek-Norwegian due to her dual citizenship. She studied Psychology and Health Psychology at a postgraduate level in recognized universities in the United Kingdom. She is a member of the Association of Greek Psychologists (SEPS) and the Norwegian Association for Coaching & NLP (NFCN).
As a practitioner psychologist she uses the cognitive-behavioral approach as a tool of psychotherapy and promotes ethics in the relationship between therapist and patient. As a health coach she applies the Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) approach. Her scientific interests in the field of research focus on the cognitive-behavioral interventions in health-related behavior aiming in adopting and long-term maintaining successful health behavioural changes. Her latest research focuses on assessing laughter interventions on mood among healthy adults worldwide.
Anastasia Doulfi

Anastasia Doulfi was born and raised in Athens where she lives permanently. She studied Early Childhood Education at an undergraduate level and specialised in Montessorian Early Childhood Education at a postgraduate level in Greece.
She has an extensive work experience of more than 15 years working with children aged 1.5-5 years and she offers her knowledge and expertise in Montessori kinder-gardens in Athens.
As an educator, a Montessorian expert and a pedagogue, she has worked with hundreds of children and has set the foundations for children to be raised healthy and happy as well the parents to enjoy life with their children.
